BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM


 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County School District 509-J (“The District”) is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment required for updating/replacing our Building Automation Systems (BAS) at Jefferson County Middle School.

Information regarding specifications may be secured from the District, ATTN: Martha Bewley, Chief Financial Officer, mbewley@509j,net, http://jcsd.k12.or.us/, 445 SE Buff Street, Madras, Oregon 97741. Solicitation documents will be available beginning February 18, 2019.

Budget Committee Vacancy

The Jefferson County School District Board of Directors is accepting applications from interested community members who would like to fill one budget committee positions. The Board will review applications and appointments will be made at the March 11th, 2019 Board Meeting.  The appointment would become effective immediately upon appointment and end June 30, 2019.
